Bubble Room at J Vineyards

We ended our Napa & Sonoma tour with a big grand finale: the food & wine pairing tasting in the Bubble Room at J Vineyards, which tops my list of wine experiences in Sonoma.

Last year, we took a tour of J Winery, learned about their bubbly process, and had a lovely tasting in the lounge, so we were familiar with the winery (and the wines, of course!) I’m so glad that we took this tour first. It was not only very interesting (and an outstanding tour from our first trip to Sonoma) but it gave us the knowledge and foundation about the winery to really enjoy the sparkling wine paired with the food.

The Food Pairing is a fun experience in the posh J Vineyards Bubble Room, and the menu did not disappoint. Course after course we were treated with perfect pairings of food and wine, prepared by J’s chef. From garden peas to the tierra strawberry pistachio cake, the entire menu was unique and complimented J’s incredible wines perfectly. This is an experience I definitely recommend – and definitely intend to repeat.
