Try the best street tacos + mile-high nachos at Nacho Hippo

Nacho, Nacho Man…. If you gotta have nachos, you need to head to this quirky family-friendly spot at The Market Common. A wide open space with garage doors that open up onto a patio, lots of bright colors, painted picnic tables, and a huge bar give Nacho Hippo a festive, fun vibe that families love – but it’s also a great place to meet for a happy hour margarita!

The menu is a combination of Tex-Mex-inspired food but it’s definitely not your typical Mexican restaurant.

The street tacos have cool flavors – my favorite is the fried shrimp tacos with a spicy sauce and mango salsa. You can get Korean beef tacos, or your typical chicken or beef taco.

You’ll also find a big section of nachos with all kinds of options. They are AMAZING. And a giant portion to share with the whole table… and you can make it your meal.

The street corn on the appetizer menu is a favorite, and you’ll find a fun selection of quesadillas too.

Plus, we always have friendly service!

Apparently, the times I’ve ordered the giant stacks of nachos, I haven’t snapped a photo of them. An excuse to return! Here are some pics of the street tacos, which are also delicious.
