The coolest foodie experience in the Grand Strand: Lunch at HGTC’s Fowler Dining Room

This is a hidden foodie gem in the Grand Strand. And it’s a fine dining experience that’s about as difficult to get into as The French Laundry.

Ok, not really – but you do need to make reservations weeks in advance.

Culinary students are the chefs and the servers in this futuristic spaceship-chic restaurant. The Fowler Dining Room is located in the International Culinary Institute of Myrtle Beach building on the HGTC campus at Market Common.

You’ll be treated to three delectable courses, all artfully plated by budding local chefs.

Lunch in the fall is $25, which is what bargain-hunters call a steal. And it is.

Beginning in January, you’ll be able to make reservations for dinner.
