During 2020, A and A Produce in Myrtle Beach is offered $20 boxes of assorted veggies, which was a fun way to challenge yourself to get creative in the kitchen. Here’s the simplest spring grilling recipe that is so tasty and pairs perfectly with a sunny afternoon, Chardonnay & Alabama Shakes playing in the background.
How to make Grilled Veggie & Ricotta Toast
Pair it with Chardonnay for your Saturday night happy hour
Grill your favorite veggies – this one includes red & yellow peppers, zucchini, squash, mushrooms, and onions.
Add a little olive oil to crusty bread (the garlic olive oil from Costco is delicious!) and grill until toasted.
Chop up the veggies.
Spread ricotta on the toast and top with chopped, grilled veggies.
Enjoy with a glass of your favorite Chardonnay! (We love Dry Creek Chardonnay!)
