Friday Cheers: Conundrum rosè + investing in women

Let’s toast to FRIDAY!

This is a new weekly series sharing things I love, like pretty roses from Costco pictured above.

We’re going to open a bottle of Conundrum rose with friends tonight, and then are going to a gigantic oceanfront Easter Egg Hunt tomorrow morning. We plan to leave from the Easter Egg Hunt to start our road trip to Hilton Head for the week. Follow on Instagram to find if we made it. (The forecast calls for a 50/50 chance of procrastination.)

The Skimm’s new podcast features short, no-BS interviews with the coolest female leaders like Sallie Krawcheck (yes, I’m a fangirl) and Sarah Blakely.

Cheers to warmer weather

Finally, the weather is warm enough to get us out of the dark color doldrums of winter. This flamingo pink  Foxcroft shirt is light and flowy, the perfect length to wear over tight pants, and looks so cute with these blue gingham shoes.

Hitha on the Go recommends the best books, and I’m going to read this one next week on vacation.

Cheers to easy makeup

I got two beautycounter blush stick in caramel – one for me, and one for a friend – and I love it so much I want to put the second one in my purse for touch-ups throughout the day. But I’m not. I’ll give it to her. (But get another one on my next order!)
