While visiting New Orleans for a conference, our group needed to escape the convention center and headed to Cochon. It is such a trendy, cool spot for lunch, dinner, or cocktails.
Our server called the fried oyster BLT “God’s BLT” and she wasn’t wrong. A monster of a sandwich and the most memorable bite of our whole New Orleans trip.
What we’d order again: God’s BLT, obviously — may never find one better. It’s huge, so it’s built for sharing. (Or don’t share. We won’t judge.)
