Some lunches are just next-level. Bravium Wines and SeaBlue Restaurant & Wine Bar teamed up for a multi-course wine lunch that was nothing short of spectacular—think caviar, scallops, duck confit, and some of the best Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs from California.
And lucky for you, we captured the whole thing! 🍷✨ Watch the full experience in our latest video:

The Menu: A Perfect Pairing from Start to Finish
If you’ve ever wondered how to pair wine with food the right way, this menu was a masterclass. Each course was designed to complement the wine perfectly, from the crisp bubbles of Bravium’s Blanc de Noirs to the silky elegance of their Pinot Noir.
🍾 Bravium Blanc de Noirs, Wiley Vineyar

Paired with: Sturgeon Caviar Bite
- There’s nothing quite like starting a meal with caviar and Champagne-style bubbles. This Blanc de Noirs was crisp and elegant, cutting through the rich, briny caviar for the perfect bite.
🍏 Bravium Chardonnay, Anderson Valley

Paired with: Seared Scallop, Arugula, Citrus Vinaigrette
- Bright acidity and citrus notes in this Chardonnay made it a dream pairing for the delicate, buttery scallop and zesty vinaigrette.
🌊 Bravium Chardonnay, Russian River Valley

Paired with: Shrimp & Grits
- A more rounded Chardonnay with a touch of richness, this wine played beautifully with the Southern classic—shrimp & grits. Creamy, buttery, and balanced with a crisp sip of Chardonnay.
🌸 Bravium Rosé of Pinot Noir, Wiley Vineyard

Paired with: Roasted Baby Carrots, Burrata, Herbs
- Fresh, fruity, and vibrant, this rosé was a perfect match for the sweet roasted carrots and creamy burrata. Light, refreshing, and packed with flavor.
🍒 Bravium Pinot Noir, Wiley Vineyard

Paired with: Duck Confit, Cherry & Goat Cheese Risotto, Porcini Sauce
- This was the showstopper—a silky, elegant Pinot Noir with layers of fruit and earthiness that complemented the savory, slightly sweet duck confit and cherry goat cheese risotto. A pairing worth remembering.
🍫 Port
Paired with: Amanda’s Chocolate Surprise
- Because no great meal ends without chocolate, right? This rich, velvety port was the perfect way to end the afternoon.
Wine, Food & a Little Fun
Of course, no wine lunch is complete without a little cinematic magic. We wrapped up with an epic DJI Neo dronie shot of the whole crew outside SeaBlue, because when the wine is flowing and the vibes are good, you capture the moment.
