Haight-Ashbury (San Francisco, CA)

Vintage shops, colorful streets and lunch at Sandy’s, here’s what we loved about exploring Haight-Ashbury in San Francisco.

Haight-Ashbury is known for its hippie history and embraces that vibe today with plenty of color and the coolest vintage shops we’ve ever explored. My son is a vintage fashion fan, and we’ve been everywhere from Bricklane in London to Atlanta’s largest second-hand warehouse. San Francisco’s Haight-Ashbury is a favorite!

We had the San Francisco Big Bus drop us off for a few hours to explore, shopped the vintage stores, and had sandwiches at Sandy’s.

It’s such a unique neighborhood and worth the visit when you’re in SF!
