EASY SHEET PAN RECIPE: Salmon and Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • Salmon filets (I got Alaskan Sockeye from Walmart)
  • Brussels Sprouts
  • Brocolli
  • Butter
  • Olive Oil
  • Kinder's The Blend
  • Kinder's Lemon Pepper
  • Momofuku Chili Crunch

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425.
  2. Chop the broccoli and brussells sprouts, toss in olive oil and The Blend. Put on one side of the sheet pan.
  3. On the other side of the sheet pan, lay the salmon filets. Sprinkle with lemon pepper. Add sliver of butter on top.
  4. Bake it all for 15 - 20 minutes.
