Ingredients
- Salmon filets (I got Alaskan Sockeye from Walmart)
- Brussels Sprouts
- Brocolli
- Butter
- Olive Oil
- Kinder's The Blend
- Kinder's Lemon Pepper
- Momofuku Chili Crunch
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425.
- Chop the broccoli and brussells sprouts, toss in olive oil and The Blend. Put on one side of the sheet pan.
- On the other side of the sheet pan, lay the salmon filets. Sprinkle with lemon pepper. Add sliver of butter on top.
- Bake it all for 15 - 20 minutes.
