Ingredients

  • Aidells Cajun Style Andouille
  • Onions
  • Peppers
  • Zucchini spirals
  • Salt
  • Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  1. saute the andouille sausage with peppers and onions on low, then high to get a little bit of browning, then back on low
  2. Throw in the zoodles for about 4 - 6 minutes (don’t overdo it!)
  3. Add salt + red pepper flakes

Notes

Lowes Foods prep makes this SO EASY. Grab a container of the Zoodles, the sliced peppers with onions, and you just have to throw it all in the cast-iron skillet for dinner.

Serve with Chardonnay because the spice likes a buttery white wine 🥂
