A Cajun Fish Sandwich

Fish sandwich and rock angel rose

I love to eat, I don’t have hours of my day to devote to preparing a gourmet three-course meal. Fresh Market’s Little Big Meals are a life-saver for a foodie who doesn’t have time to cook. Mostly prepped, but still require a little bit of effort so you feel accomplished, Little Big Meals rotate each week and offer cool ”I wouldn’t have thought to make that” type meals. Like a cajun fish sandwich.

Fresh Market makes it easy to have a gourmet wine dinner with pre-prepped Cajun fish filets.

The Little Big Meal changes each week, but you can still make the meals when it’s not on special.

The already seasoned and breadcrumb-dusted fish are available at the Fresh Market counter, plus slaw at the deli counter, and fancy buns in the bakery area, seasoning, Remoulade, and the best Caesar chopped salad you’ll ever find outside of a restaurant. It’s DINNER. IN MINUTES.

Just add Rock Angel Rosè, the popular Whispering Angel’s cousin. It’s dry, balanced, and delightful – so subtle, and not overpowering, you could pair this with nearly anything or nothing at all. A good dry rosè is a red wine drinker’s wine because you won’t pucker up and get sick of it after a glass. This wine is smooth, and perfectly paired with the salty-spicy flavors of a Cajun fish sandwich.
