A spacious London stay that actually works for families

📔 Part of Our London Travel Guide: Best Food, Wine + Things to Do
When trying to find a hotel in London, we quickly realized that most hotels only have one-bed options. Great for couples, not great for families. The Residence Inn London Bridge ended up being the perfect choice for us (my 16-year-old son and me!) – the room was spacious with a bed and a pull-out sofa in a separate room with kitchenette.
Why we’d stay again: The spacious rooms are big enough for 3 – two sharing the bed, one in the pull out sofa bed. I think it would be a cramped to add a 4th unless you have two little ones to share the sofa bed. This is a great location for everything we wanted to do – we walked to Borough Market and to the Garrison Pub for dinner. We were with my mom who didn’t want to walk so we took an Uber most places. There is a Tube stop close to the hotel, but we did not use it. Plus, they have a decent breakfast! I just care about the coffee and they had a fancy machine that made me a flat white and an Americano, so I was a happy girl doing my NYT puzzles.
