Prosciutto Burrata Beach Sandwich + Champagne

If you live at the beach, a little sand in your sandwich is just part of the charm.

My friend Nora created quite the controversy posting a beach sandwich on Instagram… the comments are pretty funny. But if you live at the beach, you’re used to a little sand in your sandwich – and champagne – and that’s just part of the charm of happy hour by the ocean.

Here’s one for the summertime – easy to assemble at home to take to the beach for happy hour!

All the ingredients are from Trader Joe’s –

• ciabatta loaf
• arugula
• prosciutto
• burrata
• good olive oil
• sea salt
• lemon

Wrap the sandwich in parchment paper and stick it in your cooler with a bottle of bubbles!
