BRO, I tell you, SeaBlue Wine Lunches are legit.
SeaBlue Restaurant & Wine Bar, if you’ve not tried it yet, is one of the finest fine dining restaurants in the Grand Strand with a chef who prepares all of the dishes with thoughtful precision.
A wine lunch might be the perfect wine experience.
This whole thing evolves as epically as a Kendrick/Drake rap battle…every move is calculated and executed to the highest level. Guests are welcomed just after noon into the epicenter of fine dining in the greater North Myrtle Beach area. Chef/co-owner Ken begins to construct the perfect culinary first act introducing the marriage between an iconic Sonoma Coast Winery and his culinary perfections thoughtfully designed to pair perfectly with each other. As you can see from the menu below, the kitchen team uses the classic push/pull of textures, flavors, fats, acids and mouthfeel to make for an experience that will leave you completely satiated. The only thing that will snap you out of your blissful wine/food cocoon will be the reality that you need to block off the date for the next wine lunch – already looking for your next culinary fix. – It. Is. That. Good.

- Chilean Sea Bass with a smoked oak buerre blanc paired with Flowers Chardonnay 2022
- Roasted Beet Carpaccio with goat cheese, Ligurian EVOO, baby arugula, fleur de sel paired with Flowers Rosé of Pinot Noir 2022
- Iberico Bellota Pork Tenderloin with spinach chimichurri, purple fingerlings, and charred asparagus paired with Flowers Pinot Noir 2022
- Flourless chocolate dome with sour cherry compote paired with Flower Sea View Ridge Pinot Noir 2021
About Flowers Winery
- Known for their Burgandian style of Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs with grapes grown on the cool Sonoma Coast
- Located in Sonoma Coast but the tasting room is outside of Healdsburg
