Cheers to the first weekend of the new year, y’all! Maybe you toasted with champagne on New Year’s Eve, but I’m here to convince you to drink sparkling wine throughout the year. Don’t save it for special occasions. You should break out the bubbly for the not so special occasions, too.

Champagne after New Year’s Eve
Taste: Don’t forget about sparkling wine after NYE
Sparkling wines and champagne pair with pretty much ANYTHING. Steak, shrimp, big celebrations, Tuesdays, salad, buffalo wings, cheese boards. Read: The Winemaker’s Wife

Watch: Red Notice on Netflix
SO entertaining. Wonderwoman, The Rock, and witty Ryan Reynolds make this art heist movie fun to watch! Definitely one to watch for date night with a bottle of (you guessed it!) champagne / sparkling wine.
