In rounding up healthy versions of favorite comfort foods, I stumbled on this easy cauliflower parmesan recipe I had to try. Roast the cauliflower, add marinara on top, then sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheeses on top. Super simple. And it was WOW SO GOOD.

Rao’s homemade marinara is a staple in our house. Hands down, this is the best store-bought marinara I’ve ever tried… and I’ve even ventured into the top-shelf of fancy marinaras at the grocery stores.
