Yo VIP let’s kick it – rice, rice, baby! The sushi rolls and cocktail list at Co Sushi are as addictive as the iconic beats of the Vanilla Ice classic … no matter how many times you have the lemon roll or the jalapeño guava margarita, you’ll enjoy it with renewed enthusiasm the next time you try it.
I’m on a roll, it’s time to go solo

You might be thinking about the Vanilla Ice puns, “Will it ever stop?” and my response is “Yo, I don’t know” but keep reading because here’s what you need to order at Co.
Cocktail list: So many fancy options! The Jalapeño Guava Margarita is a little spicy and fresh with lime juice instead of a mix and not too sweet and the perfect margarita. You can also try martinis, a cucumber mojito, sricha Mary, and more thoughtful cocktails.
Appetizer: Spicy garlic edamame had us at hello. The combo of spice (not too spicy!) and garlic and sesame is unique and DELICIOUS. 10/10.
Sushi rolls: You’ll have some of your traditional options like the California or Philadelphia but a few unique rolls make this spot worth the visit. The Market Common Roll is brand new and a combination of tempura shrimp, spicy crab, topped with tuna, avocado, cucumber, yamagobo, sesame aioli, fried shallots & microgreens. The lemon roll is another favorite.
Here’s my conclusion if you want to get rolls
Co with friends should be your happy hour goals
If rhyme was a drug I’d sell it by the gram.
You’re welcome or I’m sorry for so many Vanilla Ice references. Here are some photos.
