Hey there, wine lovers! Today, we’re chatting about Roth Estate in Sonoma, which makes the most delightful wines – and many affordable! – you can open up at home or while you’re dining out. You’ll find Roth Estate Wine in restaurants and nicer wine shops.
Roth Cabernet Wine to Try
Roth Estate Alexander Valley Cabernet is a fantastic red wine for the price you’ll pay. Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon Blancs tend to be more affordable than their Napa Valley neighbors – they have tannins, but are smooth and easy to enjoy – without the high-end Stags Leap price tag like another of our favorites, Chimney Rock.

Roth Wine Cave
Let me share about our visit to Roth Estate.
First, we took a stroll through the property to learn about the winery, which included a tour of the wine cave. It’s GORGEOUS. Check it out:
About Roth Estate + Tasting Experience in Sonoma
After our walking tour, we stepped into the tasting room where rustic charm meets modern elegance in a delightful blend of reclaimed wood, sleek furnishings, and warm, inviting ambiance. We were in a private room and enjoyed a cheese plate paired with Roth wines. Plus, the room was stocked with games! It’s the perfect setting to sip, swirl, and savor some of the finest wines the region has to offer.
Our knowledgeable wine host shared wines and the history of Roth Estate over a few hours. We had a great time tasting and learning about the wines while spending time with each other. So many of the wine tastings can feel scripted, but this did not – this was a laid-back experience that didn’t feel rushed.
So whether you’re a seasoned wine aficionado or just dipping your toes into the world of wine, Roth Winery welcomes you with open arms and a glass waiting to be filled.
