Here’s an easy recipe for stir-fry night: soy roasted broccoli with hot honey.
We love the big of broccoli from Costco, and keep the rest of the ingredients in our pantry. You can also air-fry instead of roast!
If you have leftovers, the broccoli is great to toss in a lunch bowl.
Roasted Soy Broccoli
an easy weeknight side for stir-fry night
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Hot Honey
- 4 cups cut-up Broccoli
Instructions
- Whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, sesame oil, and a drizzle of hot honey
- Toss the broccoli in the mixture
- Roast at 400 for 15-20 minutes
