Dumplings & Seafood Restaurant, located in the Galleria Shopping Center, has a fantastic menu featuring traditional Chinese dishes. The big, open dining room and excellent service makes this an excellent choice for dinner or lunch.
Why you should go: Because you love homemade dumplings, spicy dishes that come with a warning from a friend, and a chef who knows how to make everything from a Kung Pao Beef to stir-fried green beans, spiced with hot peppers and seasonings. Also, the dining room and bar is spacious and comfortable, and service is excellent.
What we’d order again: Start with the homemade dumplings, they take about 10 minutes. Then, place the rest of your order, which should definitely include the green beans. Spicy chicken is spicy but you can handle it. Kung Pao Beef is a little spicy and savory with crunchy peanuts. Everything is delish.
