Hey lazy foodies, here’s what to make when you’re in the mood for a delicious dinner without much effort: spicy shrimp street tacos. This was a meal deal from Fresh Market but one you can make over and over. Sip sparkling wine with your left hand while sautéing shrimp in the cast-iron skillet with the other.

Sparkling wine to try
You can buy expensive Champagne, or you can buy affordable sparkling wine made in same the Champagne method (called fancy names like Methode Traditionelle and méthode champenoise.) They take just as much care and pride, the land just isn’t located in the Champagne region of France. Our go to is the Gloria Sonoma Brut which I’ve served for special events I’ve planned as a professional event planner, and every casual happy hour we’ve hosted personally for friends. Keep it in your fridge, friends – this is a fabulous sparkling wine you’ll always love to open.
Gloria Ferrer wine club
We’ve been happy members of the Gloria Ferrer Wine Club for a few years and love the quarterly shipments of wines we can’t find locally. A wine fridge stocked with sparkling (and some Pinot Noirs!) is a life well lived. Highly recommend. Join the Wine Collective Membership at Gloria Ferrer Today!
