A new magic show in Myrtle Beach will be open for summer!

Charles Bach, with Wonders Theatre, is opening a brand new location at Broadway at the Beach on June 4. Wonders Theatre, Myrtle Beach’s newest live entertainment attraction, will bring three incredible shows to Myrtle Beach. The world-renowned talents of international illusionist Charles Bach, 8-time Guinness World Records juggler Niels Duinker and mind-blowing international hypnosis superstar Steve Falcon will star at Broadway at the Beach this summer.

Here are five cool things to know about the new Wonders Theatre and line-up of summer shows:

  1. Charles Bach appeared on the TV show Penn & Teller: Fool Us. Watch to find out whether or not he fooled the famous duo!!
  2. Niels Duinker, star of Catch This!, holds several Guinness Book of World Records including: the most shaker cup juggling catches in one minute (57!!) and the most repetitions of the contact juggling technique ‘ The butterfly’ achieved in three minutes (212!)
  3. The Comedy Hypnotist Show is for date night, not for kids! Recommended for 18+.
  4. The Wonders! A magical experience show features “giant puppets, beautiful costumes, colorful lighting, and talented dancers in a whimsical Vegas-style show.” It’s at 7pm during the summer, fun!
  5. The times for the shows are all under 2 hours:
  • Charles Bach Wonders runs 90 minutes including a 10 minute intermission.
  • Catch This! starring Niels Duinker runs 70 minutes, no intermission
  • Steve Falcon’s Comedy Hypnosis Hour runs 75 minutes, no intermission.

Charles Bach Wonders! A Magical Experience
June 4-October 31, 2021 at 7 p.m. (dark Mondays with 4 p.m. matinee on Wednesdays)
Prepare to be amazed by the incredible show of magic, dance, comedy, and grand illusion by the internationally acclaimed Charles Bach. Wonders! is a high-energy magical experience for the whole family with giant puppets, beautiful costumes, colorful lighting, and talented dancers in a whimsical Vegas-style show. Bach has taken his Wonders! show to 55 countries and has performed for years at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas and the Magic Castle in Hollywood, along with cruise lines and amusement parks.

Catch This! Starring Niels Duinker
June 11-August 15, 2021 at 4 p.m. (dark Wednesdays with 7 p.m. show on Mondays)
Gravity is a joke with 8-time Guinness World Records holder Niels Duinker. The international juggling superstar will bring a family-friendly experience full of world-class juggling, unicycling, and magic, with high-energy comedy throughout. Clubs, machetes, and even jokes are flying in this fast and funny variety show that has been seen on all seven continents – even Antarctica. Attendees may have seen Duinker on America’s Got Talent, Nickelodeon, or on a Disney Cruise Line. The 3-time ‘Variety Act of the Year’ winner recently finished a successful 3-year run at The Comedy Barn Theater in Pigeon Forge.

Steve Falcon’s Comedy Hypnosis Hour
June 11-August 15, 2021 at 9 p.m. (dark Tuesdays)
International comedy hypnotist Steve Falcon has appeared on the hit Discovery+ show 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, 90 Day: The Single Life and History Channel’s Pawn Stars, and has performed for several years at The Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. Falcon’s quick wit and amazing hypnosis skills will leave guests asking, “How did he do that?” It’s more than a hypnosis show. This is a rapid fire, mind-boggling comedy experience catered to adults 18 and older. Stunning feats of mentalism and influence, incredible demonstrations of hypnosis and incredible production allow the entire audience to become lost in the excitement of the show, which is a different experience every time.
