Tomato Salad x California Sauvignon Blanc

This is our knock-off version of the tomato salad we love at The Farm in Bluffton, SC — minimal effort, all from a Trader Joe’s run.

🍅 The salad: Mix TJ’s pimento cheese and ranch dressing (the kind from the fridge) in a bowl. Cut an heirloom tomato into chunks. Slice some cucumbers if you like them. Throw in a few basil leaves.

🥂 The pairing: A crisp California Sauvignon Blanc like the Rodney Strong Alexander Valley Sauvignon Blanc

That’s it. Weeknight-easy, and it tastes like a trip back to the bar at The Farm.
