Rosè & Seersucker Sundresses for Sunny Summer Sundays

July 30, 2017August 5, 2019 Hatton Gravely 3 comments

Sunny summer sundays lend themselves to ditching all chores, throwing on a sleeveless sundress, and heading outside to chat with friends while sipping on a fantastic rosè.

Rosé is the perfect choice to pour to compliment conversations about back-to-school with snacks ranging from the kids’ goldfish (or cheddar bunnies if you’re feeling organic) to gourmet cheese straws.

We tried the Smoke Tree Rosè this week – the cheerful artsy pink and gold label pairs perfectly with a Lilly Pulitzer or seersucker sundress.  Best served chilled, the smooth, easy-drinking rosè does not have a whole lot going on – and that’s a good thing. It’s an Every Wine, the kind you can serve fussy self-proclaimed wine connoisseurs next to friends that refer to rosè as “pink wine” and please everyone.

Grab your favorite sundress (sleeveless if you’re here in South Carolina – it’s HOT!) and pour a rosè for a fabulous Sunday. Cheers!
