These chicken pineapple tacos are a little bit sweet, a little bit spicy – just like you on a Friday night with a glass of wine.
There’s no need to post a recipe because it’s just throwing together grilled chicken with chopped red onions, jalapeños, and pineapple with cilantro on top. Toasting the tortilla gives this simple dish a little extra oomph.
