The perfect side for a roasted chicken or grilled steak. Hot Honey Brussels sprouts in the skillet are super easy to make!
Also, you can’t find a cooler skillet than a Smithey cast iron. Made in Charleston, they are beautiful pieces that make cooking stylish and fun. We use our Smithey No. 12 cast iron daily… so often, we just leave it on our stovetop.
Here’s how to make the Brussels sprouts in it:
Hot Honey Skillet Brussels Sprouts
such an easy side!

- Olive Oil
- Butter
- Red Pepper Flakes (for extra spice)
- Kinders the Blend (or just salt + pepper)
- Momofuku Hot Honey Chili Crunch (or your favorite hot honey)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Enough to coat the pan. Toss in the brussels sprouts.
- Let them sizzle for about 5 minutes before you move them. Season with salt & pepper or Kinders.
- Toss them around, add red pepper flakes, let them keep sizzlings. Move them around every few minutes until tender and charred - about 15 more minutes.

- Enjoy!
