Stonewall Kitchen simmering sauces are like a chef in a jar
Some people are master meal planners … most of us are not.
The constant quest to find easy dinners that everyone is excited to eat seems to be an unconquerable battle.
When you find something that the whole family will eat – AND IT IS SUPER EASY TO MAKE – it’s like you’ve struck gold in a coal mine.
Stonewall Kitchen makes a number of simmering sauces, magical jars of delightful concoctions that are like keeping a chef in your pantry. All you need to do is add veggies and seafood or chicken or beef.
Our favorite is the Coq au Vin Simmering Sauce. You just sauté the chicken in olive oil and / or butter with salt pepper for a few minutes, add the jar of simmering sauce, and let it simmer for about 30 minutes. You can serve with veggies, rice, or pasta. Delicious!
You can also find many other simmering sauces on the Stonewall Kitchen website and sometimes at grocery stores like The Fresh Market. Cacciatore, Tiki Masala, Coconut Curry, Chicken Marsala, and Pulled Pork are the other flavors.
And, if you do want to attempt to be a meal-planning pro, the Paprika meal planning app is awesome to store your favorite recipes, create grocery lists, and create a meal calendar.
Shop Stonewall Kitchens for simmering sauces, jams, pancake mixes, gift baskets, and so much more!
