An Instagram-Worthy Lunch
Instead of a sad, plain turkey sandwich to bring to lunch at work, take five minutes to prep for this healthy yet tasty wrap instead.
The key ingredient in this easy to make ahead wrap is store-bought Annie’s Goddess Dressing, which adds a tangy zip to an otherwise bland wrap. Plus, the bottle contains the word “organic”, which means you can totally share it on Instagram and get heart likes from all your millennial followers.
Ingredient Options
- Spinach
- Kale
- Carrots
- Brussels Sprouts
- Hummus
- Tomatos
- Avocado
- Chicken (Rotisserie, grilled, whatever you have in the fridge.)
- Wrap (I like the Toufayan wraps from the grocery store)
- store-bought Annie’s Goddess Dressing
Step 1 Create the chop.
Blend in a mini food processor your veggie choice – spinach, kale, carrots, brussels sprouts are all good to throw into the mix, and will last a few days in your fridge. Kitchen Gadget: Cuisinart Mini Prep Processor
Step 2 Assemble the wrap.
Smear on the hummus, if you like hummus. Add the chop. Layer on the chicken. Or shrimp or salmon you prefer.
Step 3 Wrap the wrap.
Fold both ends and roll (like this) is the method to contain all of the insides properly so you can dip without losing your wrap contents.
Step 4 Dip, baby, dip.
Enjoy your completed wrapped wrap by dipping it into the salad dressing. Bon appetite!
