‘Tis the season for pastel, Easter is almost here! If you’re an organized person, you may already be searching for Easter basket ideas. If you’re more like me and spend Easter Eve scouring the depleted aisles at Target attempting to assemble a decent Easter basket… let’s pinky swear to not do that to ourselves again this year.

Where will you be spending Easter? We usually spend our spring break / Easter in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, which is already a magnet for preppy clad families. Easter adds a whole new dimension to the pastels, crisp Polo shirts, big bows, and Lilly Pulitzer. Hilton Head is a true escape. I love simple, unrushed activities like strolling around Harbour Town in the evening and riding bikes to get ice cream. Plus, my cousin Gordon makes his incredible ceviche and we drink Sauvignon Blanc, which lands in my top ten of best happy hours of all time.
